How long will it take for my order to ship?
We typically process and pack orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days depending on the selected shipping method.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our stationery worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that fountain pen inks and certain limited edition items may be final sale.
Can I request a specific nib size for a fountain pen?
Yes, nib sizes are listed on each product page. If a specific size is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications to be alerted when it becomes available again.
